What is the best training plan for beginners?

I recommend starting with one to two sessions a week. After three months, we will reassess and adjust the frequency based on your progress, goals, and individual needs.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, we offer several flexible options to meet your training needs. See the PLANS tab for more details or contact me to discuss this further.

Do you offer a free consultation before I commit to training?

Yes, I offer a complimentary initial consultation to help you get started. This session allows us to learn more about your goals, assess your current fitness level, and answer any questions you may have. It’s a no-pressure opportunity to see if M3 is the right fit for you before committing to a training plan.

Are personal training sessions included with my gym membership?

Personal training sessions are separate from your gym membership. See the PLANS tab for more information.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session includes a comprehensive consultation and movement assessment. We’ll discuss your goals, health history, and current fitness level to design a personalized plan that fits your needs.

What's your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your session.
